Machine Purchases: please allow 5-7 working days for bank clearance on standard, personal and business cheques prior to despatch or collection.

Delivery Options

National Road Carriers: for most orders over 5kg in weight-delivery to most UK mainland destinations next working day-allow 2-3 working days for remote areas (highlands and islands).

Royal Mail: First Class Post-next day delivery to most UK areas on small items.

Call & Collect: from our Trade Counter-open 6 days-free parking (Advise you check availability if travelling from outside our region).

Machine accompanied orders: Road carriage £48 + vat (UK mainland).

Cleaning Powders and Solutions :

Orders over £100 = FREE DELIVERY (UK mainland).

Orders under £100: Road carriage £12.60 + vat (UK mainland)

Parts and Accessories:

Heavy/large items (ie pumps, vacs) Road carriage: £12.60 + vat (UK mainland)

Small items (ie switches, fuses) First class post + packaging from £3.50 + vat (minimum)

(Surcharges may apply to deliveries to remote areas incl Scottish Highlands)

Standard Parcel Post: - Non urgent heavier items from £5 + vat per parcel depending on weight

Special Delivery: - Guaranteed next working day - charges depending on weight, price upon application

PLEASE NOTE: orders will be confirmed via email showing the final total including the delivery charge where applicable and the vat. On receipt of payment details we will forward a vat invoice in the post.
