As manufacturers we would recommend that your machine/s be serviced at least every 12 months - we will arrange for our carriers to collect your machine/s from your door on any working day to suit you - Just give us a ring on (0191) 482 5005 to arrange collection - all we ask is that you give us at least 24 hours notice then pack your equipment, protecting switches, gauges etc., not forgetting to include your name and address inside the machine and our name and address on the outside packaging - then leave the rest to us! Once received at our workshop your equipment will undergo the following service: Vacuum Motor/s Top and bottom bearings replaced. Brushes replaced. All deposit buiod-up removed from fan chamber and cleaned. Bench run-in.

Water Pump Counterface and rubber replaced. Bearings replaced. Seal replaced. Brushes replaced. Bench run-in. Where applicable return valve inspected and re-set.

Drain Valve Inspected and rubbers replaced.

Thermostat Recalibrated and re-tested.

Electrics The complete machine is fully checked and tested for any electrical faults or abnormalities. Our engineer will connect it to our sophisticated computerised test centre where it will undergo a severe test programme ensuring that it returns to you in a safe and fully operational condition. A print out of the test figures of your machine will be supplied which helps you meet the official Health and Safety requirements.

Body work The machine body, where possible, will be waxed and polished and stickers renewed. Please note: If during inspection our engineer finds any parts which require repair or replacement and which are not covered in the service please be assured we will contact you first for your further instructions - those items will be charged for at cost. Major problems, ie electrical or body work - material and labour costs will be charged. Return carriage to your door within 10 days. We are confident that 99.9% of repairs can be carried out by the operator with only basic tools.

RAPID REPAIR SERVICE

We can offer a rapid turn around repair service on any make or model of cleaning machines, tools, motors etc. Repairs are usually carried out 'While you wait' at our premises or we can collect, repair and deliver back to your door nationwide.
